2022 has marked a considerable year of growth for Romar-Abrado. With the trajectory of the months ahead back to pre-pandemic levels of activity, the team has welcomed four new Offshore Operators. These new teammates recently embarked on Romar-Abrado’s onsite training programme at its bespoke facility in Aberdeen. 

Romar-Abrado’s comprehensive training package includes a hands-on exploration session into the company’s evolving technology fleet and how this translates to an offshore environment. This expansion is a direct result of Romar-Abrado’s growth over the last 12 months, with its SWARF handling and section milling services in high demand. Recruitment will remain a key focus in the months ahead, with the offshore headcount expected to increase by up to 60%.
